Petromat
Petromat is a fabric that is installed between layers of pavement to increase its strength, provide better resistance to cracking and create a moisture barrier. Petromat overlays are often the most cost effective way to renew and strengthen old asphalt. Our clients obtain the benefits of petromat, due to our expert installation and first-rate materials. We offer a variety of petromat fabric products based on project needs.
Sealing & Striping
Seal coating protects and extends the life of pavement surfaces, and it is also an inexpensive way to improve the appearance of your property. An old, stained, or faded parking lot can often be transformed into a new looking asset with only a fresh coat of seal. To ensure longevity and value, Cal Asphalt exclusively uses
CAL-TRANS approved Guardtop Seal Coating.
Crack Fill
Crack Fill helps to prevent water from seeping into the sub-grade under pavements which can weaken structural integrity and cause further cracking or pavement failure. Crack fill can be the best way to extend the useful life of pavements at a modest cost. We use Craftco Hot Rubberized Crack Filler as well as cold latex crack filler according to project specification and needs.
Parking Lot & Highway Improvements
Cal Asphalt provides a wide range of parking lot improvements. Pavement markings, line striping, and handicap striping to name a few. We also provide ADA upgrades, such as handicap sign/post installation and truncated dome mat application.
Concrete
Cal Asphalt also provides a variety of concrete repair, flat work and ramps. Concrete curb & gutter as well as swales/flow lines are an excellent way to promote water drainage on your property.
We will analyze your grading and provide recommendations for any concrete project.
